Please present your card as proof in order to complete Northstar if you do not plan to take the NLE class. All three parts must be completed in order to complete the Tejas District Northstar Course. Experience the outdoors in a patrol setting. Learn basics of orienteering, first aid, camping, backpacking, cooking, and much more. This is not BALOO Training and will cover much, much more. Personal and patrol gear will be discussed at the Patrol Meeting on 09/08.

Rifle and Shotgun Merit Badge Completion Activity

The Arlington Sportsman’s Club will host hold a Merit Badge shooting qualification completion opportunity for the Rifle and Shotgun Merit Badges on Saturday September 29th, 2007.

It is designed to help Scouts who have already completed the bookwork portion of the badges but who have struggled with the shooting qualification requirements. We will be prepared to help the Scouts with the skills needed to complete the following requirements:

For Rifle we will assist in requirement 2.A.(L). Five groups of five shots per group.
