These leaders should consider this training in order to provide a program for growing boys and to help with the retention rate during the transition from Webeloes to Boy Scouts. You will learn how troop meetings are planned, importance of the uniform, what is the patrol method, how youth leadership works, learn about the Patrol Leaders Council meeting, and about the roles of the Key Three.
