You will learn how troop meetings are planned, importance of the uniform, what is the patrol method, how youth leadership works, learn about the Patrol Leaders Council meeting, and about the roles of the Key Three. This training is a necessity for Cubmasters, Webeloes Den Leaders and present Bear Den Leaders who will move to Webeloes next year. These leaders should consider this training in order to provide a program for growing boys and to help with the retention rate during the transition from Webeloes to Boy Scouts. | ||

Experience the outdoors in a patrol setting. Learn basics of orienteering, first aid, camping, backpacking, cooking, and much more. This is not BALOO Training and will cover much, much more. Personal and patrol gear will be discussed at the Patrol Meeting on 2/8. This training is a necessity for Cubmasters, Webeloes Den Leaders and present Bear Den Leaders who will move to Webeloes next year.
