District Award of Merit Nominations Being Accepted for 2010
The Tejas District is accepting nominations for the 2009-2010 District Award of Merit to be presented at the District Recognition Dinner in March.
Any unit or individual can nominate any member of the district, but an individual may only recieve the award once, so do not nominate someone who has already received the honor. Nominations should be based on service to Scouting at the district level or longtime service to single unit. The nominee should not know he / she is being nominated so the award should be a pleasant surprise for the recipent when it is announced at the District Dinner in March.
The 2010 nomination form is attached. Forms may be e-mailed or snail mail to Fred Voss (fredvoss [at] charter [dot] net) at the address on the cover sheet.
