Adult training awards must be approved by the Scouter's Unit Committee and District Training Chairman. The District Training Chairman will get the award card to the appropriate Council Committee person. The Council will verify the information against council records, prepare the award certificate and return it to the District Training Chairman. The Council promises to have the awards returned to the districts at the next Council Training Committee meeting (third Wednesday of the month). The District Training Chairman will ensure that the award is presented at the Roundtable or other appropriate meeting.
