  2. Fast Start Leader Orientation

    This is a National BSA prepared video tape presentation covering basic troop operations. The Unit Commissioner should meet with new leaders immediately (within 48 hours) after registering with a troop. The Commissioner should show this tape and answer any questions the new leaders have at that time.

  3. Jr. Leader Training Training (JLTT)

    This is just an idea which I am developing. This would be a course to prepare adult troop leaders for conducting JLT. The Jr. leader participants would also benefit from the experience. Any suggestions or volunteers are welcome.

  4. Merit Badge Counselor Training

    This is still another idea which I am developing. This would be a joint effort between the Training and Advancement Committees. Any suggestions or volunteers are welcome.
